Returns & Exchanges

At APEX LIGHT, we want your home to shine perfectly; if your lighting fixture isn't exactly what you envisioned, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. All returned items must be in their original packaging and in uninstalled, resalable condition to qualify.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Secure the Fixture

  Carefully repack the product in its original box with all internal protective padding, hardware, and instructions to ensure it arrives back at our warehouse safely.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided during the initiation step to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned fixture for damages, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
